As an Underwriter and Servicer of Agency and Government backed mortgage assets, ResMac offers Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and USDA residential mortgage products. Our objective is to create a positive experience for our B2B partners and the borrower by reducing the red tape associated with obtaining mortgage financing. ResMac provides our Sellers with the necessary liquidity to fund their transactions on a broker or correspondent level. Regardless of the channel, ResMac will manage the relationship by measuring a number of key performance indicators that will be used in a monthly scorecard. These indicators include, overall submission quality, touch count, lock pull through, submission pull through, and loan performance.
